Here is a very small part of an actual SEO audit I recently did for a client. I have not included any graphics nor have I included the who audit but this is just to serve as a sample of what high priority issues may look like in an SEO audit. of what I would provide to a client who I performed an audit. If you have any questions regarding SEO audits, please feel free to visit my site at SEO Services - Relativity SEO. I hope this helps and wish you luck.

Below are the results of an in-depth SEO site audit highlighting the SEO errors and issues your website contains. Google best practices and policies state that any of the errors are non-compliance and result in penalization to your site and hurt visibility and web presence as well as organic keyword ranking. (Remember this is not the whole audit but just an overview of high priority issues)

High Priority Issues Overview:
1) 4XX Errors or Crawl Errors
4XX status codes (i.e., a 404 Not Found error) are shown when the client requests a page that cannot be accessed. This is usually the result of a bad or broken link. These issues should be kept to a minimum if possible. Make sure no internal links on your site are broken. For external links to your site, try contacting the linking site's owner and asking them to fix or update the link.
2) Sitemap Not Optimized
We will need to create a new sitemap.xml as the current one is not functioning properly or not found at
3) Site Load Time (Page Speed)
This is now an important ranking factor on Google as Site Load time and Page Speed are relevant with the rise in mobile device usage. The Google PageSpeed scores below are on a scale of 1 – 100 with 100 being the best:
Image Compression, HTML, Javascript Compression and CSS Compression is needed:
Enable Compression - Compressing resources with gzip or deflate can reduce the number of bytes sent over the network.
Minify CSS - Compacting CSS code can save many bytes of data and speed up download and parse times.
Optimize Images – Properly formatting and compressing images can save many bytes of data.
Minify JavaScript – Compacting JavaScript code can save many bytes of data and speed up downloading, parsing and execution time.
Minify HTML – Compacting HTML code, including any inline JavaScript and CSS contained in it, can save many bytes of data and speed up download and parse times.
4) Use Keywords in URL / Keyword Content Pages
Currently your website only ranks for a few keywords but if you created “keyword content pages”, you can rank for as many keywords as you would like. What these pages are, are highly targeted and relevant landing pages with only one focus keyword (or target keyword) used to help Google see which keywords are important for your site and allow you to rank for many keywords simultaneously without the risk of duplicate content. This will increase your web presence by allowing you to have more web real estate.

5) Duplicate Page Content (77 issues)
Duplicate content is a penalty and policy violation with Google and can hurt your ranking for multiple keywords as Google will disavow one of the violating pages based on date of creation.
6) Missing Meta Title or Empty (61 issues)
All of your pages should have title tags. Search engines use the title element to identify keywords and associate the page with a topic. These tags also appear in SERPs, so can encourage users to click if the content is relevant to their search.
